Who are we?
Cindy & Andy Hogarth are Gladstone Region local residents of 26 years. Cindy has vast experience in the event and tourism industry and knows what it takes to create a successful fun event. The love of events is what spurred the idea to create CQ Party Booths, and Andy is the muscle support behind it all, but you will usually only see him assisting with the set up and pack down - everything else he does is behind the scenes!
Priding themselves in being fast, efficient, and honest operators, CQ Party Booths has become a reputable and well-known service provider. The team is up for every job, providing a personlised service to every client.

What We Provide
Some important things to note when choosing your Photobooth operator
We personally design your photo strip in keeping with your theme, and will provide a selection to choose from
We have NO TRAVEL or ACCOMODATION FEES for Gladstone, Boyne Island, Tannum Sands, Agnes Water, 1770 and the immediate surrounds
Hire is per EVENT and NOT by the HOUR. This allows more flexibility if needed, and better value for money. We are happy to negotiate price in some circumstances.
Set up occurs early on the day of the event so to address any issues that may arise.
3msq flat, dry, shaded area with power is required to give you the best boothing experience!
Charity events are limited and are subject to agreement between CQ Party Booths and Charity Event Manager
Additional required theming specific to an event may incur additional charge
Children’s parties are POA

GREEN SCREEN BACKGROUNDS
Just like in the movies a green screen can put your image in almost any situation! The green screen option is ideal for a party with a theme or if you’ve had a photobooth before and you want that something a little different. We can tailor your backgrounds to suit your theme or just make them extra colourful and fun. Check out more photos on our Facebook page!
Red carpet, bollards and rope.
This creates a formal and designated entry to the booth.
Great for giving a more formal look, also is useful for the larger crowds (ideal for weddings, birthdays and corporate events if the venue space allows).
Keeps everyone and everything a little more organised!
50-page dry mount guest book in protective box.
Guests are assisted by the attendant to glue in one of their photo strips to the book, they then write a message to the guests of honour (and as you could imagine, at some stages of the night they need a lot of assisting!) Book, glue, pens all supplied.
Ideal for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and for School reunions it’s a great idea to use the book as a prize for the end of the night.
HARD COVER PHOTO BOOK
An 80 page (minimum) book is created from your images by CQ Party Booths. Each book is different and unique and designed especially for you. The book takes many hours and a lot of love to produce, (We like it to be just right!) so delivery is usually within 3 to 4 weeks of your event.
